What GlobalBaniya is

GlobalBaniya connects buyers with nearby sellers — street vendors, stalls, kirana stores, farmers, home businesses, wholesalers and other suppliers — and with independent delivery partners. The platform charges sellers no commission and buyers no platform fee.

Sellers

Sellers set their own prices and are responsible for what they sell, for its quality and for the accuracy of what they list. A seller's phone number is visible to buyers; a seller may be called.

Orders and the code

A delivery is confirmed by a six-digit code known only to the buyer. Money for a prepaid order is released to the seller only after that code is confirmed. A seller may refuse an order with a reason; a buyer may cancel until the seller accepts.

Accounts

One mobile number is one account, used on the website, the portal, the consoles and the apps. Accounts that abuse the platform may be suspended with a written reason. You can close your account at any time.

Disputes

Problems with a delivered order are raised within 24 hours from the order page; the company reads both sides and decides. Indian law applies; courts in Pune have jurisdiction.
