How it works
2 · Compare honestly
Every pack shows its price per kilo or litre, the shop's distance, its rating, and whether it delivers to you or you collect.
3 · Order
Add to cart from one or many shops. Pay cash at the door today; online payment into escrow is coming.
4 · The code
When the order is on its way you receive a six-digit code. Read it only to the person at your door. Nothing is paid out before it.
Questions
Can I call the shop?
Always. A shop's phone is public on GlobalBaniya; that is a rule of the platform.
What if something is wrong?
Within 24 hours of delivery, tap "Report a problem" on the order. The company reads both sides and decides; a refund comes back the way you paid.
Is my address shared?
Only with the shop serving your order and, if one carries it, the delivery partner, and only for that order.
Is there an app?
Android and iOS apps are on the way. Until then the portal works on any phone browser and can be added to your home screen. Details.
