Delivery partner policy

Who may deliver

Anyone registered as a delivery partner whose identity papers the company has verified. Unverified partners may not deliver. The partner's name and phone are visible to the shop and the buyer during a job.

Fees

The delivery fee shown to the buyer goes to the delivery partner in full. GlobalBaniya takes nothing from it. Partners may set their own rates within the city's bounds.

Hand-overs

A partner collects an order against the shop's pickup code and delivers against the buyer's delivery code. Cash collected on a cash order is handed to the shop the same day; a partner holding more cash than the cap receives no further cash jobs until it is handed over.

Conduct

Partners carry the goods with care, call ahead when needed, and never share a buyer's address or phone beyond the job. Repeated no-shows, mishandling or complaints lead to suspension with a written reason.
