Our role
GlobalBaniya is a marketplace intermediary under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Sellers are independent; their legal names, addresses and contact details are shown on their shop pages once verified.
What buyers are told
- The total price, including any delivery fee, before placing an order; there is no platform fee.
- The seller's name, phone and distance, and whether they deliver to the buyer's location.
- The expected time: the seller's preparation time plus travel.
- How to cancel, return or raise a complaint, and the grievance officer's contact.
Fair practice
Search results are sorted by distance or by honest per-unit price. No seller can pay for a higher place in those sorts. Any sponsored placement, if ever offered, is marked as such.
