Return, replacement and refund policy

Cancellation

A buyer can cancel an order until the seller accepts it. Cash orders are paid at the door, so cancelling before delivery costs nothing.

Refunds for prepaid orders

Prepaid money is held in escrow. It is refunded in full if the seller refuses, if the order expires without an answer, or if the buyer cancels before acceptance. Refunds go back by the route used to pay, within the payment provider's timelines.

Returns and replacement

Within 24 hours of delivery a buyer can report a wrong, missing or poor-quality item from the order page, with photos. The company reads both sides and decides; a refund may be in full or in part, never more than the order total. Perishable goods are judged on the photos and the seller's record.
