Shop owner agreement

Registering

Registering a shop is free. The owner confirms they may legally sell what they list, that prices and stock shown are true, and that they will hand over orders only against the buyer's code.

Fees

GlobalBaniya charges no listing fee, no commission and no platform fee. This is a rule built into the platform, not a promotional offer.

Verification

Identity papers are optional. A verified shop carries a tick that buyers trust. Papers are stored encrypted and never shown in full.

Orders and money

Cash orders are the shop's the moment cash is taken. Prepaid orders are paid out after the delivery code, in the next settlement, to the payout account the shop sets. A refused order must carry a reason the buyer can read.

Hardware and services

Nothing is mandatory. The shop console runs on any phone. Counter hardware (billing machine, scanner, printer, scale) and accounting services are optional offers with their own terms.
